Whether you’re in your youthful teens or fabulous fifties, at En-Core, we’ll sculpt your workout to suit your specific body type, life stage and physical capabilities. Our Pilates, Yoga and Barre classes are based on years of research into how the body works, which is why every movement is structured, necessary and fluid.
After your first time at the En-Core studio you’ll soon see why it’s inspired such a loyal following among our fans. We never have more than 10 clients in a class, so you’ll get personal attention from us while you get to know those around you. This ultimately means that working out at our leafy Greenside studio is a pleasure rather than a chore.
